Never received it! He said he would have it out the next day, and then disappeared for weeks. I requested a refund, but I doubt I\'ll ever see a cent. A week after sending the money he sends me a message saying he was out of town because his grandfather died (look at his previous evals) he uses the same excuse. AVOID THIS SELLER. Horrible transaction, it\'s people like this that make me want to stop buying from forums.

I purchased a monitor from sairaxis, he promised he would ship the very next day. A few days had passed and I had sent him numerous messages to try to find out what was going on. Weeks later he contacts me and says he was \'out of country\' tending to some a family death. (View the last eval, notice a trend here). He offered to ship me the item or offer me a refund. I opted for a refund and still havent heard back from (another few weeks later) him. AVOID This Seller at all cost. If you MUST do business with him, use a creditcard so you can run a chargeback.

Shipping was extremely delayed. I was promised the keyboard by Thursday and it did not arrive until Monday. As with tiraides, I was offered a compromise in refund and such, however, I was particularly disturbed at the lack of communication by the seller. Even after he responded that he shipped the keyboard, he didn\'t provide a tracking number and he claimed the shipment would arrive by Fedex when it was, in fact, shipped by UPS. So after all the lack of communication and false promises, I am going to have to give a neutral on this review.

However, I want to verify that I did receive the product and it is in working condition. Then again, I didn\'t particularly like the packaging since it was a relatively naked product in the middle of foam peanuts. Therefore, it could bounce around and hit the sides of the box, especially given UPS\'s reputation. Also, despite the perfect condition claim, the G15 was rather dirty and I even see something that spilled and dried inside the keyboard. Spaghetti or taco sauce maybe? Hopefully, nothing permanent has been done.

We had a problem where he seemingly dropped off the face of the Earth shortly after he received the payment. In reality, he had to deal with a family emergency, but he forgot to contact me or ship the item prior to prior to his departure, let alone during the week that he was away.

However, the amazing deal that he offered me for the OS, plus the fact that, once he did ship it, it arrived quickly, made this a positive review. This issue could have dragged on longer than it did, and it could have degenerated into a bigger mess than it was, but he provided prompt communication when he returned as well as an option for a virtually pain-free refund if I wasn\'t satisfied.

sairaxis, thanks for keeping up with your end of the bargain. But next time, let us know if you\'re going to leave so suddenly.
